1. How do I start the service?
You can often choose yourself where the service is stored during installation.
If you have not chosen the storage location youreself, you will find the service in the folder where JAVA programs are normally placed on your phone.
On most Sony Ericsson phones you will find the program under the Play or Programs folder. On most Nokia phones it will be placed under Programs or directly in the main menu.

2. Do I need special Internet/WAP settings?
You only need standard WAP settings in order to use the service.
If you manage to download the service you will already have the correct settings.
If you are unable to get the service to work and receive an error message related to the Internet, WAP or data traffic when you are to use the service, you should contact your telecommunications operator and have the correct settings sent.

3. What does it cost to use the service?
You can use the application complete FREE. Seriously we just want to share. There is an international SMS that must be sent to activate support and updates for our free version, international text messaging costs will depend on your plan and location. If you want added functionality and avoid a registration SMS then you can download the PRO version from one of our application store partners.

5. I cannot get SMS Previews. What is wrong?
SMS Preview is currently available for Series 60 3rd & 5th Edition phones, check your operating system to make sure it is compatiable with the program. If you are still unable to use the application verify you have the correct internet/WAP settings and are using the right access point. If you are still having problems contact our support.

6. How do I turn SMS Preview off?
Navigate to the SMS Preview application and open the application. Under settings you have options to turn the SMS Preview feature off, and adjust the various settings (preview length, etc).

7. How do I remove the application?
If you wish to remove the application, simply follow the instructions from your handset manufacture on removing programs, and select SMS Preview.
